Overview

The Motorola Training Bank is a pre-paid, non-expiring account allocated to the portfolio of educational products and services provided by  Motorola Solutions North America Learning Organization.  It is discounted up front and may be rolled over to the following year.  Motorola’s Training programs are designed to build technical product and systems knowledge, as well as skills and expertise of your Motorola mission or business critical communication network.   The dollars in a Training Bank may be used toward most training provided by Motorola Solutions North America Learning Organization, including but not limited to:

  • Self Paced Online
  • Virtual Instructor-Led
  • Instructor-Led Resident Lab Courses
  • Instructor-Led Tailored Field Courses
  • Interactive End User Tool Kits

Ordering Requirements

This product cannot be ordered directly through COF at this time.

There are 2 ways Training Banks can be purchased:

  1. Contact the Call Center at 800-422-4210 and place an order for the applicable part number. Once the order is processed, the customer will receive an email with the Training Bank account number
  2. If monies are left over from a project, the Customer Support Manager can roll funds into a Training Bank for future use. Contact the CSM for more details

Note: The Training Bank is non-transferable and non-refundable. Training Bank funds can not be used for travel & expenses

How to Utilize

  1. Log into the Learning Management System

  2. Search for a Course

  3. Add to Cart

  4. Select "TRAINING BANK" as the payment method

  5. Check out

  6. A training representative will verify the training bank account

  7. After training is delivered, funds are debited from the account
